Today saw the end of 5 days driver training for Stuart Hallam as he took and passed his class 1 artic test.
Stuart works for our sponsor, Massey Willcox Transport and has been employed with them for a while 3 weeks now. He was told that he would be considered to be put through his class 1 after at least 3 months... we were asked last week when we could possibly complete the training and I think we shocked them st Massey Willcox when we said ‘next week’??
Nevertheless, Stuart came along and was one of those annoying learners, who could just do it! Not perfectly, but could do it. Through the week, everything was perfected and today, he only got 2 driver faults during the whole test.
